Returns & Exchanges
With us returns are quick and easy. If your purchase is not entirely correct, you have 14 days within the UK, EU and 30 days outside the EU from the date you receive your order to return it. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and unused. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be covered by our customers. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we recommend that you return it and purchase the new item separately.
