All products with the” Add to Bag " shown can be purchased online. Once you have made your selection, click on “Add to Bag” to add the item to your shopping bag. After making your selection, click on “progress to Checkout” in your shopping bag. You will then be guided through the remaining purchase process.

It is not possible to change the payment method after making an order.
All Cachée Concept products (except refills and large leather items) receive complementary gift wrapping. Please select the corresponding option for gift wrapping when you place your order.
Yes, returns shipping costs must be borne by you. Please refer to the estimated return costs
You can return your product within 14 days if you are based in the European Union or if you are based in the rest of the world, within 30 days, from the date the Order was placed. Returns will not be accepted if the product was used or damaged.
If the product is returned in its original condition and undamaged, the Cachée Concept will refund the full purchase price. If the product is damaged or destroyed, the Cachée Concept will deduct the costs of repair or replacement from the refund total.
You can cancel your purchase agreement without stating a reason within a period of 14 days if you are based in the European Union and 30 days in the rest of the world and return any items which you have purchased. The sum can only be refunded using the same payment method which was used to place the order (hence to the original buyer of the product)
Personalized products cannot be returned & refunded. Personalized products are not covered by the right to cancellation.
