REQUEST FOR A RETURN
1. THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED, THE INVOICE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT AND THE REASON OF THE RETURN MUST BE PROVIDED TO INFO@CACHEECONCEPT.COM.

- a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
- b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its standard accessories, as received within 15 days.
- INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURN
- a- The original E-INVOICE must be sent for refund.
- b- If the invoice of the product you want to return is on behalf of the company, it must be sent together with the invoice issued by the company when returning it. A return invoice must be issued.

If the product / products you want to return or exchange are not used, the shipping fee is paid by you if they are sent by Speed Cargo, which we have contracted with.
If the products that come to our returns department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts is processed within an average of 7 working days on the day the product is delivered to us. The period of reflection of the refund to your account is at the initiative of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within a few days. In installment purchases, the entire refund amount is refunded by us. It is up to your bank to pay in installments and to reflect the refund amount to your account in installments as a plus balance every month. You need to contact your bank.
SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
If the product to be returned is sent with counter payment, it will be returned to the sender again.
